This site does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. It loads nothing from other servers: the fonts and styles come from this server.

Hosting

Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) hosts this site. To deliver the pages and to protect them against attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data, for example your IP address, the time of your request and your browser type. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in a safe website that works (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Email

Cloudflare forwards each email to hi@mykytatymko.com to my Gmail mailbox at Google. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

When you email me, I use your email address and your message only to reply to you and for the work that you ask about (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). I delete them when I no longer need them, unless the law tells me to keep them.

Your rights

You have the right to get a copy of your data, to correct it and to have it deleted. You can also limit its use, object to its use and ask to receive it in a common format. To use these rights, email me. You can also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde), dsb.gv.at.
